Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Tanjungbalai Municipality 2022

BPS-Statistics is a public institution that has the task and responsibility of providing data and information in the statistical field. In producing and presenting statistical data, BPS always strives to pay attention to satisfaction and quality of service to data users. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and level of satisfaction of data users through the Data Need Survey (SKD). SKD has been carried out since 2014 in district / city BPS. The results of the SKD 2022 activities are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of the characteristics of data users, analysis of data requirements, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by the presentation in the form of the BPS Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
