Foreign Tourism Volume to Sumatera Utara in June 2022 reached 5.165 visits

Abstract

In the period of June 2022, the number of foreign tourists visiting North Sumatra increased by 13,492.11 percent compared to the same period in 2021, from 38 visits in June 2021 to 5,165 visits in June 2022.

The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at star hotels is 1.36 days during June 2022, down 0.12 points compared to May 2022.

The number of inter-island (domestic) sea transport passengers departing during June 2022 was recorded at 9,335 people, a decrease of 44.67 percent compared to the previous month of 16,872 people.
