BPS Kota Tanjungbalai with the mediation of the Kisaran KPKNL will carry out the State Property Auction.
Terms of auction:

3. Bidders are required to deposit bail equal to the bail required by the seller in the auction announcement to the bidders Virtual Account (VA) number. VA numbers can be seen in the auction status menu at each domain participant's domain address after successfully conducting the registration auction and identifying data is valid
4. For participants not appointed as winners of the auction, the security deposit will be returned, deducted by the transfer fee / RTGS / Bookkeeping.
5. The auction offer deposit security MUST have been effectively received by the KPKNL no later than 1 (one) day before the auction or Monday, 10 February 2020, 23.59 Server Time (according to WIB)
6. Bidding starts at least the same as the limit value and can be sent many times.
7. The auction winner must pay the auction purchase price and auction fee at the same time (not in installments) no later than 5 (five) working days from the auction to the auction winner's VA number. If the contract defaults or does not pay off the payment obligations in accordance with the provisions above, the auction winner is subject to sanctions in the form of a deposit to be deposited in the state treasury.
8. The object being auctioned in an as-is condition with all the shortcomings and cost consequences along with all the problems that will arise in the future. Bidders are considered to have known / understood the condition of the auction object and are responsible for the items purchased.
