Intercensal Population Survey (SUPAS) 2015

SUPAS is a population survey conducted between two censuses. Supas has done four times: 1976,1985,1995,2005. And this year (2015) is repeated. SUPAS 2015 enumeration was conducted during the period 1-31 May 2015.

The purpose of the implementation of this year:

Estimating the amount, distribution and composition of the population as well as a comparison with other sources.
Provides data characteristics of the population.
Provides data for the calculation of demographic parameters (birth, death, migration)
Renewing population projections simultaneously correcting the Population Projection 2010-2035
Provide demographic data as material planning and evaluation of development programs: health, family planning, education, employment
